  • Losing a job - or facing the possibility that one may not last - is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can go through. The stakes are real, the timeline feels urgent, and it's easy to make hasty decisions you'll later regret.

Our career transition services are built around one clear goal: helping people make thoughtful, clear-headed decisions and secure work that genuinely fits their transferable skills, experience, and interests - as quickly as possible.

We work with individuals at every career stage - from administrative, technical, and early-career professionals to managers and executives - as well as groups of employees affected by large-scale organizational change. Our support can be delivered one-on-one or in a group workshop format, in person or virtually, and tailored to the situation.

Throughout the process, participants learn to understand and articulate their strengths, research job markets and emerging opportunities, write effective resumes, prepare for interviews, and negotiate fair compensation. They leave with a realistic picture of current employment trends, a clear plan of action, and the practical tools to execute it with confidence.

  • Searching for work is harder and more emotionally demanding than many people anticipate. Whether you're dealing with the loss of a job or simply ready for something better, the path forward is clearer with the right support.

Our job search coaching program is structured and personal: five one-on-one sessions, delivered virtually, covering the full arc of a successful search - from the first difficult moment to the final offer.

We begin where it matters most - with clarity. Together, we work through any emotional barriers to getting started, define your marketable skills and key accomplishments, and set goals and strategies that are genuinely grounded in who you are.

From there, we work through resume and cover letter writing, building a job search strategy that taps both visible and hidden opportunities, networking with purpose, managing your references, working with recruiters, and thorough interview preparation - including handling difficult questions and negotiating a fair salary.

Participants leave with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to run an effective search and land work that fits.
